Job Summary

Looking for an enthusiathic and ever smiling Administrative Officer who is willing to work in start up culture.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing document

2. Handles expenses and billing cycles

3. Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests

4. Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies

5. Provide administrative support for operations team

6. Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company

7. Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. Well Versed with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills

4. In-depth knowledge of office management and accounting processes

5. Hands-on experience with office management computer programs (such as ERP)

6. Attention to details

7. Previous working experience as an Administrative Officer
